Matt Ridenour
- Mr. Ridenour is currently a Venture Partner with
Gazelle TechVentures
- Mr. Ridenour is formerly a Founding Principal with
Blue Capital. Blue Capital is a $115 million fund
formed by former members of McKinsey & Company
and Bain & Company, the world's two premier strategy-consulting
firms. Blue Capital invests in high growth companies
that can benefit from strategic and operating advice
in addition to capital.
- Prior to joining Blue Capital, Mr. Ridenour was
a member of Bain & Company's private equity advisory
practice. Before joining Bain & Company, Mr. Ridenour
was a consultant with Lucas McPhee, a private equity
advisory group created by former senior managers of
Bain Capital, GE Capital and Frito Lay. Prior to Lucas
McPhee, Mr. Ridenour was Co-Director of Mayor Stephen
Goldsmith's privatization program, SELTIC, Chaired
by Mitch Daniels, Senior Vice President, Corporate
Strategy, Eli Lilly & Company.
- Mr. Ridenour has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics
from Dartmouth College and graduated with High Distinction
(Baker Scholar) from Harvard Business School.
